1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the application form and payment system for the PGDME program offered by MIDAS School of Entrepreneurship.

2. Application Process

● Submitting an application form does not guarantee admission.

● The ₹1,000 fee covers processing costs and is not an advance toward tuition.

3. Payment

● Application fees must be paid online through our secure payment gateway.

● Payments once made are non-refundable (except in cases mentioned in our Refund Policy).

4. Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified on our official website or brochure.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by MIDAS. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

● MIDAS is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or errors in the online payment process beyond its control.

● We are not liable for any technical failures of third-party payment gateways.

7. Eventual Admission

● Selection into the program is based on eligibility, interviews, and internal evaluation.

● Payment of the application fee does not ensure a seat in the program.

8. Modifications

MIDAS reserves the right to update or change these Terms, the admission process, or program details without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
